Helping Mommy bake biscottis

Our tired ballerina

It's not uncommon to see street kids hanging out on the
traffic dividers.  It always makes me nervous.

A parade to celebrate Shaheed Day (National Mother
Language Day)

And we thought we were uncomfortable sitting in traffic -
can you imagine how the chickens must feel?

Quotes by Mason:

"I'm going to raise my kids differently! I'm not going to make them brush their teeth and change out of their pajamas every morning if they don't want to!" (I didn't think I'd hear things like that until they reached at least their teens!)

"Before I was a scaredy-cat.  But now I'm not, so I can do that trick." (Talking about a daredevil move he did on the monkey bars at school.)

"Mommy, I love you...........can I have some money?"

Quotes by Cadyn:

"I'm going to get two bunnies in case I lose one." (Smart girl.)

"I really miss strawberries." (So do I!)

"Mommy, she has chocolate in her teeth." (She was talking about the beggar who obviously had poor dental hygiene.)
