So not only is Dhaka ranked as the worst livable city in the world (http://teamblanchard.blogspot.com/2012/09/we-live-where.html), according to Forbes, it also ranks #2 as the dirtiest city in the world (largely due to the lead poisoned air and poor water and sanitation conditions).  Even though the article was written in 2008, I think it's safe to say that not much has improved since then.
