All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth....

What's the going rate for one tooth in Bangladesh you ask?  Well, the tooth fairy left Mason 200 Taka for his two front teeth which is equivalent to about $2.50.  It may not sound like much to some, but with that amount Mason could buy himself two chocolate desserts from Mr. Baker, a BUNCH of bananas or apples, a kilo of beef for Jax, two outfits from the local outdoor market, a Bangladeshi lunch for two, ten ears of corn, six rickshaw rides to DIT-2, three newly released (pirated) movies on DVD, and so much more.  But instead of spending his money, Mason has decided to save it in his piggy bank.
