She didn't get those skills from Mommy!

Mason has always loved the water. He basically taught himself to swim under water by the time he was 3 and now he enjoys swimming competitively on the swim team. You could say he swims much better than Mom. And now lately, Cadyn has been trying to improve her water skills just by watching her older brother. She too has always loved the water but now it's become an obsession. She wears her pink goggles at all times at the pool (even during snack time and potty breaks) and refuses to wear any sort of floatation device. Her favorite thing to do is jumping off the side of the pool and swimming toward Daddy. She tries to doggy paddle and freestyle, although she's really just swimming under water.

We are just amazed at how far and how fast the kids have progressed in the water. They certainly did not acquire their skills from Mommy. Mason and Cadyn can thank Dad for that:)
